I always thought I felt younger than I am

And according to the interWeb, I have the proof! At Exercise Professional you can determine your true health age based on common factors - do you smoke, eat right, have a predisposition to diabetes, etc.

Low and behold, I am expected to live to my mid-80s and have a current physical age of 25. Now, I'm not so sure I believe it - and I'm curious as to what 25 year old I am being compared to - because my waistline has obviously expanded since my mid-20s even if I do drink less and eat a more balanced diet. My life is certainly more stressful than it was at 25, but I now do yoga t combat it.

Maybe it's a general feeling of immaturity that makes me sigh in relief. I mean, if I'm physically only 25, then to feel that I am likely 25 mentally should give me some peace of mind shouldn't it? More importantly, When I'm 60 I'll be feeling like I'm only starting my 50s, that will be fun won't it?

What's your true age? Does it match up?
