It's ROF in Canada

About a month ago, I asked my kettlebell instructor if she'd train me once a week. She has a company ROFCanada (Results Oriented Fitness) and I like their style. Sassy, skills-based workouts, that pretty much kill you EVERY time. Andi, used to train the Canadian Navy in Halifax as well as local athletes and firefighters. Now in Toronto she's working hard to get her business up and running -  training CFL candidates, rugby players, CEOs, ............... and me. I do not fit into any of these categories. My form is terrible, I can't do a chin up or a pull up, and planks all round SUCK. But, I'm thinking that with Andi by my side making me do seriously aggressive things like: running up and down hills/stairs with a weighted backpack, swinging sledgehammers into tractor tires, jumping onto picnic tables, and doing more squats and lunges than anyone would ever think possible, I might just be able to transform my body into a strong quasi-athlete. I mean, if burpees can get marginally less awful in just a month, this could be doable. Wish me luck!
